About Me

I’m Nick Fulstow, 52, a former Army endurance athlete, alpine climber, triathlete, and lifelong explorer of what happens when we take on difficult challenges. I’ve swum across the Solent and the English Channel, competed in masters swimming events, and continue to push myself through multiple mountain adventures including an upcoming ascent of the Matterhorn as part of The Shugyō Project. I’m a strong advocate for everyone setting themselves challenges whether it’s Couch to 5K, a charity walk, or climbing a mountain. Whatever it is, start now and go for it!
